How your personal data is collected, used and protected when you use this site.

This site provides pre-launch information about MABA Suitez @ KL City Centre, a joint development by EXSIM MABA Sdn Bhd and the Malaysia Basketball Association. It is operated by an appointed marketing representative for the project. Enquiries are handled at +60 11-3520 2689.
Personal information you give us. When you complete the registration form or message us, we collect your name, phone number, email address and any details you choose to include, such as your preferred layout or purpose of purchase.
Technical information. Standard web server logs may record your browser type, device type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site working and is not linked to your identity.
When you press send, two things happen. The details you typed are formatted into a WhatsApp message and opened in WhatsApp on your own device — nothing reaches us through WhatsApp until you press send inside WhatsApp. At the same time, a record of your submission is saved to our own enquiry log so that we can follow up with you.
That record contains what you entered in the form: your name, phone number, email address, purpose, preferred layout and any question you added, along with the date and time.
We also log when someone taps one of the WhatsApp buttons on this site. That record contains only the date and time, which button was tapped, the page it was on, whether the device is a phone or a computer, and the referring link. It does not contain your name, phone number or email — we do not receive those until you actually send us a message.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Your details may be shared with the developer, the project’s authorised sales representatives, or partners such as panel bankers and solicitors, strictly where needed to assist with your enquiry or purchase.
We may also disclose information where required by law or by a regulatory authority.
Google Ads. This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking so that we can tell which advertisements lead to enquiries. It sets cookies in your browser, and Google receives your IP address, the pages you view on this site and whether you contacted us. Google may use this to show you our advertisements elsewhere. Google’s handling of that data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, and you can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Local storage. The site stores one random identifier in your browser so that repeat visits from the same browser can be recognised as the same person rather than counted as new each time. It holds no personal information and clearing your browser data removes it.
Fonts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
Where enquiries are stored. The enquiry log described in section 3 is held in a Google Sheet on a Google Workspace account controlled by us. Google acts as a data processor for that storage.
Google Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and which buttons they use. It sets cookies and Google receives your IP address. We send Analytics only anonymous information — which button was tapped, and the purpose and layout selected on the form. Your name, phone number and email address are never sent to Google Analytics.
This site does not use the Meta Pixel. If it is added later, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to assist you and to meet record-keeping obligations, and are deleted or anonymised once no longer required.
Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent to being contacted, or ask us to delete it. Message +60 11-3520 2689 and we will respond within a reasonable period.
You can also stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
